The Fertility Protocol

A natural, holistic approach to trying to conceive, built around cycle syncing. Every week: what I am eating in this phase, an alcohol free mocktail, one low tox swap we actually made, and the research I am reading. Not medical advice, just what works in our house.

I am Sophie. I spent nearly fifteen years in employee wellbeing, watching companies weigh up fertility support. Then my husband and I started trying, and I saw the other side of it.

What I kept running into was advice that was either vague or expensive, and very little that told me what to actually do on a Tuesday. So we built our own way of eating and living, and I started writing it down.

The Fertility Protocol is a natural, holistic method built around cycle syncing: giving your body what it needs at each phase of your cycle, cutting the things we would rather not have near our hormones, and keeping it all simple enough to actually stick to.

What lands each week

One phase note on what I am eating and why. An alcohol free mocktail, because giving up wine should not mean drinking squash. One low tox swap we actually made, with the ones that were not worth the money marked as such. And whatever research I have been reading, described honestly, limitations included.

The honest bit. I am not a doctor and none of this is medical advice. It is what my husband and I actually do, written down. Take what works, leave what does not, and get anything tailored from your own doctor or a registered dietitian.
