The Weekly Protocol.

Your weekly update

This week I went looking for a straight answer on castor oil packs and found mostly people repeating each other, so I wrote the one I wanted to read. Alongside it, a mocktail with an actual bite to it.

on the blog this week

the weekly mocktail

Ginger-Jalapeno Grapefruit Fizz. Pink grapefruit, fresh ginger, a thin slice of jalapeno and lime, topped with sparkling water. Ginger is the menstrual phase pick, and this is the one I reach for when I want a drink with an actual bite.

in our house this week

The Aarke carbonator with the stainless steel bottles. We swapped a plastic soda stream out for it, and with the amount of sparkling water these mocktails get through, it was the one worth getting right.

Also this week. If you are ever unsure which phase you are in, the Cycle Syncing page walks you through counting it out in about two minutes.
